Dhoni Style

Its been quite some time since dhoni impressed his fans (like me[:D]) with his career best of 183 against Sri lanka and now he is impressing his fans away from the field by his actions as well.
Dhoni left his place to Ranchi airport early in the morning to board the flight to Chennai for the Test match. The interesting thing about this is that dhoni had left to the airport without security patrol by driving the car himself.
On asking him the reasons for his actions he said,
"Waking up security gaurds early in the morning for a 30 minute ride,is just too much on my part" and he said "jyadha nawabi theek nahi(I am not a nawab)"
Dhoni you just rock by keeping cool when pressure is building up and now by your simplicity.
You will soon be regarded as one of the best captains India has ever got after Sourav.
Ranchi guys you can now be proud of your birth place.

Attack On Mumbai

Its been 3 long days and I ve been glued to the television looking at the happenings in Mumbai.
One of the shocking things I ve ever seen.
Around 20 Cowards troubling the entire army of NSG commandos!
Around 3 Commandos and 50 innocent people lost their lives in the war.Rest In peace their souls.
One question I ve been asking myself for the past 72 hours is that when IIM graduates and others get so much paid for their work, why not these NSG commandos?!?They sacrifice their lives and their family and live only for the COUNTRY,Why cant the country do just ?why cant they pay these guys in lakhs?why cant they encourage more youths to join these bravehearts?
Great work Commandos! You aren't National security gaurds but you people are real Gods!

Dad!

I took this poem from one of my friends blog!
I RATE THIS TO BE THE BEST POEM I VE EVER COME ACROSS!

Her hair up in a pony tail, her favorite dress tied with a bow.
Today was Daddy's Day at school, and she couldn't wait to go

But her mommy tried to tell her, that she probably should stay home
Why the kids might not understand, if she went to school alone

But she was not afraid; she knew just what to say
What to tell her classmates, on this Daddy's Day

But still her mother worried, for her to face this day alone
And that was why once again, she tried to keep her daughter home

But the little girl went to school, eager to tell then all
About a dad she never sees, a dad who never calls.

There were daddies along the wall in back, for everyone to meet
Children squirming impatiently, anxious in their seats

One by one the teacher called, a student from the class
To introduce their daddy, as seconds slowly passed

At last the teacher called her name, every child turned to stare
Each of them were searching, for a man who wasn't there

"Where's her daddy at?" she heard a boy call out
"She probably doesn't have one," another student dared to shout

And from somewhere near the back, she heard a daddy say
"Looks like another deadbeat dad, too busy to waste his day."

The words did not offend her, as she smiled at her friends
And looked back at her teacher, who told her to begin

And with hands behind her back, slowly she began to speak
And out from the mouth of a child, came words incredibly unique

"My Daddy couldn't be here, because he lives so far away
But I know he wishes he could be with me on this day

And though you cannot meet him, I wanted you to know
All about my daddy, and how much he loves me so

He loved to tell me stories, he taught me to ride my bike
He surprised me with pink roses, and taught me to fly a kite

We used to share fudge sundaes and ice cream in a cone
And though you cannot see him, I'm not standing all alone

'Cause my daddy's always with me, even though we are apart
I know because he told me, he'll forever be here in my heart"

With that her little hand reached up, and lay across her chest
Feeling her own heartbeat, beneath her favorite dress

From somewhere in the crowd of dads, her mother stood in tears
Proudly watching her daughter, who was wise beyond her years

She stood up for the love of a man not in her life
Doing what was best for her, doing what was right

When she dropped her hand back down, staring straight into the crowd
She finished with a voice so soft, but its message clear and loud

"I love my daddy very much, he's my shining star
If he could he'd be here, but heaven's just too far

Sometimes when I close my eyes, it's like he never went away."
Then she closed her eyes, and saw him there that day

To her mother's amazement, she witnessed with surprise
A room full of daddies and children, all starting to close their eyes

Who knows what they saw before them, who knows what they felt inside
Perhaps for a second, they saw him at her side.

"I know you're with me Daddy," to the silence she called out...

Bandha birthday....

Of all the eighteen birthdays this b'day of mine was special and unforgettable one too...

People go to restaurants, theatres or party to celebrate birthdays but I had no plans for celebrating my birthday and hence I chose to go for a PAPER PRESENTATION in SRM.It was a normal morning with abnormal number of new messages in my mobile,it showed 16 new messages with happy birthday greetings,It was 6:45 am and I had to leave my place at 7:30 am.
I wore my new kakhi shirt and one old jean of mine and started from my place at 7:35 am to Chrompet.I reached Chrompet at 8:45 am where i drafted my days speech(cause i forgot to get the sheet of paper from home where in i had written my speech..lol), from there me and Gayathri left to SRM UNIVERSITY(katangulathur).
Our topic seemed too trivial to us with very less preparation. We just planned to give our best shot and we werent concerned about the outcome.
We were the fifth team to present our paper out of the nine teams which were shortlisted from 29.Our presentation went really well without any blunders...Gayathri did the introduction part and the conclusion slide and I did the Working of our Ideas...It went on really well and some part of my brain kept saying that we had great chances of winning the event.
It was about one hour after we did our presentation the results came....
"First prize!! Sai Kiran RMK engineering college...."
then judges took a break and said...
"Though one of the contestants paper had few drawbacks We appreciate their view and hence the second place........ goes to........... Gayathri and Ajit from Rajalakshmi Engineering college"...
It seemed so simple when the read it out but once i left the hall I felt as though it was a gift from god...for winning an event during my birthday was so special...

We got a prize money of Rs.2500 and god! I was so happy :-) and I was so lucky :-)

Kollywood's gift,Rising star J.K.Ritish.

One line I could think of looking at this "handsome" hero is that "If I ever had a face like his I would sue my parents".
Nayagan his new venture ....and this guy has all the guts to make a clown out of himself.
The pic above is just to show that no matter what he does his face lacks something,I just still cant understand on what basis kollywood heroes are shortlisted,This guy is one such example. He's got no looks,No athletic arms or a minimum requirement for a male lead role in a movie what is called as a height factor, being shorter than the heroine he has negligible screen presence and jumps around here and there for what is called as his dance steps.
I just keep wondering at all the stills on How could someone be bold enough to give out such pictures which rather degrades them.

Lets see what could have gone through J.K.Riteesh's mind when he was posing for each of those so called gethu images.

Ahhhhhh!Mr.J.K.Riteesh should not even be dreaming that he has got resemblances with Suriya if he does probaby suriya should quit the film industry rather than facing such things.

"Enna kodumai sir idhu...thambi J.K. idhukulam nee asaye pada koodadhu!!"

LOL!What can I say...No words to describe....look at the costumes they dont match either...."Pondy bazar platform aah J.k??"

Official J.K.Riteesh fan site:http://www.jkrithish.com/
Internet is loosing value I guess!Anything and everything on earth has got its website

If you can spend some more time have a look at the video and have fun...total tragedy....
Watch out for the dance steps between 2:40 and 2:45,and listen to the meejic between 2:45-2:58..argggg!.....sheba!!!!!.....

Dasavatharam: Review

Dasavatharam!!!
One movie that shows the dedication and hardwork a person can put into their job.
Though the movie has no story base or perfect sense for all the ten roles, the way he has enacted em is just too too good!
After watchin the movie the conclusion i derived was
"Am proud to be a tamilian and o'course a brahim just like Kamal Hasan"
No wonder Kamal fans boast and he is no wonder called ULAGANAYAGAN.

Easy ways to irritate people in MTC!

Manidhanai verupetha Eliya vazhimurai(Easy ways to irritate people)!!
This post is out of my experience on my travel to INox city center by mtc a couple of days back, these were some of my experiencers and could be taken as the best way to see one animated in the bus(thats wat i faced in the bus)

  • If yo are college student or you are in your vacation time ,always board a crowded bus, never go in for a vacant one
  • When you get into the bus make sure you wear the dirtiest possible dress you can ever look for.eg:take it directly from the washing machine,or use the shirt continuously in chennai(preferably summer) for a span of say fifteen days without washing etc

  • If your a tall guy then its just a easy task to irritate the guy next to you, pretent as though your holding the bar above your head and get your hands close to the nest guys nose and wait for his reaction.(Note:dont have any eye contact with person just lend your ears to him,you could hear sounds like "chai" ,"thoo","wuack","enna kodumai sir")
  • If your a short guy say a five foot tall chap its a kind of difficult way...but follow the procedure properly...use eucalyptus oil or may be coconut oil for one continous without showing what moisture is to your hair....then put your hair close to the next guys nostrils, instant noise would be "Hmmmmmm chi"
  • If your carrying a single bag try to split the load and put it into a couple of bags(preferably of large size),never keep the baggage in empty locations, carry it in your hand, place it on the next guys leg or keep it on ur head and walk ,make strange noises as you move and pretend as though there is no fault of yours.
  • If its a really crowded bus close your eyes and leave your slipper at one place...open your eyes after a few minutes and then start searching for it ,important thing to be followed here is you need to shout ,"Aio serupa kaanum serupa kaanum..." and the ppl next to you would feel "dardaram".
  • carry 500 rupee notes and give to the conductor for tickets..."Kalangathala varan paaru saavugragky" this is what the conductor would say and this is the best occasion to fight out for your respect and fundamental rights
  • When the bus is packed with people you shout "Ulla ponga sir!ulla ponga nariya edam irku paarunga,Ulla poonga" keep saying these lines time and again.
  • The best way is always target legs while walking never walk on the wooden part...
PS:Evil thoughts by ajit :)

Top Ideas to catch the cam...

This Sunday I had been to the match between India and south africa at M.A.Chidambaram stadium,Chennai.
Being a spectator from the pavillion i was sure enough to grab the cameraman's attention but i changed my ideas and drafted my conclusions.
They follow, top ways to grab the attention of the camera man,

  • The top most criteria is that you need to be a girl, that too english figure.

If you are a girl either you need to be wearing skimpy clothing or you need to be wearing a sun glasses and talking with a guy next to you.

You need to laude the cam guy
Eg: "Thank you !" or "Cam guy , u are hot",such banners would be on tv for sure..

If you are a female celibrity then cricket match is secondary
Eg:kushboo and her daughter were given useless publicity and there was a huge chaos in the pavillion

  • If you are a male spectator then there are nt any legal ways but there many ill-legal ways by which you can get your photographs too into the daily times
They follow,

Abuse the player standing in the deep
eg:Piyush chawla "neee saavalam"
When crowd is desperate shouting "jaffer jaffer" you can shout out "wafer wafer"
When yuvraj comes to the deep shout "deepika"

Throw things at the players in the deep
eg:Parental guidance is necessary for this act cause this involves perfect aiming skills and this act not only allows you to get the cams focus but you can win a free trip to the triplicane police station.

Fight with cops in the ground.
Eg: the cops in the stadium are highly irritated and fed up people cause most of em hate crowds, the best way to involve in a brawl with em is to blow that five rupees thingy that u get outside the stadium which produce immense random noises capable of irritating any person, from the closest seat you find near them.

Prove yourself to be the most restless fellow in your stand
Eg:keep changing your seat every now and then.At times,You cross your limits and move to other stands and fight with people there for a seat.

Hold the national flag up side down or wear a national flag T-shirt,You can see a special debate that evening on CNN-IBN "Whether our country is producing unpatriotic individuals" and you would share a place along with mandira bedi.

Sleep in the stadium or pretend to be tired, stand on the chairs, dance for galeej meejic the guys play,
involve yourself in peculiar activities that you can think and you are on tv..huraay!!!

PS:These ideas were drafted during my restless times in the chepauk on day 5 of the cricket match.

Marchhhh..

A normal beginning with great memories in the end....this month had great happenings which ll remain in my heart for months to come.

  • Spencer plaza
  • Dhaba express
  • Theatres
  • HSB
  • Big bazar
  • Pizza hut
  • .........
nungambakkam high road
whooo!I covered almost the whole city with my sister we had a great time, being a solitary kid for 8 months,I was excited to see her back in chennai,I could share all the crap i think and all the crap i see with one person who can listen to it with patience and laugh at it with equal stupidity.

Great time we had together...most times we were together at home for which, i even to the extent of bunking college for a week.
As kids we were stupids and as time passed we turned nuts, most times i am with her i talk galeej and she say "pa!un stupidity ku oru alave illa da"

Being a big time Dhoni fan,she wanted to see him in chennai but missed him by a day..
The irony is that i could watch him play in MA Chidambaram stadium from The anna Pavillion(in close quarters).
"Next time You come I ll take you to the IPL matches d"
Had a fantastic month and now am back again to a solitary kid :(

Am I taking the wrong way?????????????

This morning I started to college as always and reached my stop and waited anxiously for my bus to come but after few minutes, one of my friends there told me that our bus had some problem and another bus(postal colony-which is not my route bus) would reach in 15 minutes.
The bus came all the way from Porur to K.K Nagar at 7:30 am(45 minutes from the scheduled time-6:45 am).
One sight at the bus and I was shocked,an overcrowded bus, with some people on the foot-board,I got into the bus and was standing near the entrance. The only thought that went through was "How am I gonna stand this way for the next one hour???"
After a couple of halts I got down from the bus and walked back home. But I feel really guilty for what I have done....

"When others could travel why not me????
Should I ve taken the bus and reached college?????
Is it too arrogant on my part to get back home even after getting the bus?????
Have I changed??????
Is it too much for a first year kid???"

Only time can answer this....
The only answer I can give is changes should be towards one's growth which is not the case here,
and am guilty about it
Still thinking whether If am right???!!
